Shipment

Shipping service: We ship all orders either with Swiss Post or through our own technicians. You will automatically receive the tracking number as soon as the package has left the warehouse so that you can track the shipment.

Your TEMPUR® mattress requires minimal maintenance to keep it clean and hygienic. We recommend placing your mattress on a ventilated slatted base. Keeping your TEMPUR® mattress fresh is easy thanks to our washable mattress covers. All of our covers can be removed and washed in the washing machine.*

* TEMPUR Pro® SmartCool™ covers are washable at 40 °C.
