Test a mattress at home for 14 days. You pay 200 CHF for the test, but get it back if you buy it. If you choose a different firmness, it will be delivered (again 200 CHF). If you buy, you will receive a credit of 400 CHF. Why do we offer this? Because we know that needs change and we want you to find the right one. We look forward to your inquiry!
How long can I test the mattress?
You have 14 days to test the mattress. Usually, you should be able to determine within this time whether it is a good fit or not. If you are still unsure, you can extend the period. To do this, you can simply call us or write us a short email.
How often can I exchange the mattress?
We have set a limit of three times. If you still don't find what you're looking for after the third time, we recommend that you come to one of our stores for a free consultation.
What happens to the money if I don't buy a mattress
If you decide not to purchase a mattress, the credit will be applied to our expenses. If you do not have enough money to purchase the mattress right now, we will give you a grace period of 3 months and the credit will remain valid until then, because we do not want to lose you as a customer.
