Are there any shipping charges for my order?
Yes The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment in the shopping cart. Regardless of whether you order a mattress, a bed base or just a bed frame: delivery and assembly are free of charge for catalog prices of CHF 1,000 or more. This applies to a large part of Switzerland in our region.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only deliver within Switzerland.
Can I have my order delivered to a PickPost station?
No, this is not possible at the moment. However, we are looking into the option in detail.
What payment methods does Matratzentraum offer?
You can pay with TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, UnionPay and Shop Pay. Regular customers can also order on account.
Can I pay by invoice?
Regular customers can also order on account. New customers must pay in advance the first time in order to be able to order on account the next time.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
You will automatically receive the invoice by email while your order is being processed.
