We offer replacement parts for your Tempur beds. Please compare the remote control to make sure you really have the same one. There are different types. This remote control is suitable for the box spring beds.
Instructions for connection:
Plug the cable into the motor so that it flashes.
While it is flashing, press the top two buttons for at least 8 seconds. After that, the light on the motor should go out and the remote should be paired.
For a continuous mattress, in order for the two motors to move up simultaneously and in parallel, both motors must be plugged in at the same time so that both flash. Then press the top two buttons on a remote control for at least 8 seconds.
If it didn't work, unplug both motors and wait 2 minutes. After that they should light up again and you can start over.
Shipment
Shipping service: We ship all orders either with Swiss Post or through our own technicians. You will automatically receive the tracking number as soon as the package has left the warehouse so that you can track the shipment.
Shipping time: If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped within 3-5 days. Depending on the product, the delivery time can be up to 2-12 weeks. We will of course notify you of more detailed information. If the goods are not in stock, we will inform you immediately of the delivery time.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment in the shopping cart. Regardless of whether you order a mattress, a bed base or just a bed frame: delivery and assembly are free of charge for catalog prices of CHF 1,000 or more. This applies to a large part of Switzerland.
