Bei uns finden Sie Ersatzteile für Ihr Tempur Premium Flex, sowohl komplette neue Motoren als auch einzelne Teile des Motors. Falls bei Ihnen der Motor defekt ist, kontrollieren Sie zunächst den Motor und das Gestänge. Das Gestänge sollte zu 100% gerade sein; falls es verbogen ist, sollten Sie es ebenfalls austauschen, da sonst in Kürze das gleiche Problem erneut auftreten kann.

Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass es verschiedene Motormodelle gibt. Falls Sie sich nicht sicher sind, schicken Sie Bilder in unserem Chat, dann können wir Sie beraten.

Warum geht der Motor überhaupt kaputt? Dies passiert, wenn das Kopfteil hochgefahren ist und Sie dann ins Bett einsteigen. Dabei wird das Gestänge jedes Mal belastet. Achten Sie darauf, immer einzusteigen, wenn das Kopfteil abgesenkt ist. Andernfalls kann dies zu Verkrümmungen des Gestänges, Brüchen des Motors oder Beschädigungen des Motordeckels führen.
